Kyusakichi (Yoshida) | 170 Nakiri Knife

Kyusakichi is a new line to Australia from blacksmith favourite Yoshida in Kyushu. These knives feel super traditional, giving authentic, old-school Japanese cool. 

These carbon knives have a very thin grind, cutting very nicely but care is required to prevent damage.
