A rare find from Sanjo, NOS (New Old Stock), single-bevel Gyuto knives by famed blacksmith Yoshikane.

 

Single-bevel Gyuto (right-hand grind) are unusual to see, these are intended in place of Yanagi and/or Deba knives. One for the collector.
